The deployment of 620W HJT modules can increase DC system capacity by 0.3948 MWp over PERC 555W modules and by 0.1932 MWp compared to TOPCon 600W modules, resulting in greater power output and energy generation within the same area. 


Furthermore, the Pnom ratio of HJT 620W modules exceeds that of PERC by 0.08 and TOPCon by 0.04, allowing for more HJT modules to be installed under the same inverter conditions, thereby enhancing overall system capacity.

HJT modules, distinguished by their innovative heterojunction structure and low-temperature manufacturing process, experience minimal light-induced degradation (LID) and exhibit exceptional anti-UV properties. 


Consequently, they have lower degradation rates and deliver reliable power generation. This stability guarantees consistent power output over the project’s lifecycle, significantly reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

In the color-coated steel sheet roof project, the first-year energy generation of Huasun HJT 620 W modules surpasses that of 600W TOPCon modules by 24 hours, amounting to an additional 948.24 hours over 25 years. Additionally, they exceed the generation of 555W PERC modules by 62 hours, resulting in a total of 2316.98 extra hours over the same period.

Over a 25-year lifecycle, projects employing HJT 620W modules are expected to generate an impressive 24,981.94 kWh more than those utilizing PERC 555W modules, and 11,738.04 kWh more than those with TOPCon 600W modules. This substantial increase in energy output highlights the superior efficiency and performance of HJT technology, reinforcing its value proposition for maximizing project profitability and sustainability.


Lower LCOE, Higher ROI


In the context of the color-coated steel sheet roof project, the balance of system (BOS) cost for Huasun HJT 620W modules is 0.27 USD cents per watt lower than that of TOPCon 600W modules, and 0.74 cents per watt lower than PERC 555W modules.


In distributed C&I rooftop PV systems, challenges such as limited roof space, structural constraints, and high operational and maintenance costs underscore the necessity for high-efficiency, stable solar modules.
